Outer Banks Private Event Venue

Secret Island occupies the building formerly known as Port-O-Call, a 40-year staple of the Outer Banks restaurant industry. Its founder, Frank Gajar, strove to bring fine-dining to what was then an unadorned barrier island. In that vein, he furnished the entire building with Victorian antiques and fittings, achieving a decor unmatched in its elegance. As the area's original upscale restaurant, Port-O-Call became the preeminent venue for special occasions. The restaurant's name has since changed, but that tradition remains constant.

Secret Island hosts private events of all kinds. Its interior is not only beautiful, but spacious. The restaurant boasts two large dining rooms and can accommodate up to 400 people. Whether you're planning a formal or casual event, Secret Island is the ideal host. Consider us for your wedding ceremony or reception, bachelor or bachelorette party, birthday party or quinceañera, retirement party or baby shower.
